Shipping Rates and Policy

King Arthur's Court orders with Standard shipping service usually ship UPS.  We do ship items via USPS as well. Last day for Christmas delivery using Standard Shipping is Thursday December 17th, 2009. For More information on Holiday shipping Click Here.

Some items exceed UPS's dimension restrictions and do not qualify for shipping promotions. These items are noted in the description. Free Shipping offered to the Continental United States ONLY.

When your order ships, you will receive email with UPS tracking information from "Quantum View", UPS's tracking service. To prevent this notification from apprearing as "Junk Mail", please add auto-notify@ups.com to your email's contacts.

We offer Giftwrap as a FREE SERVICE! Choose from Holiday to Birthday paper when you checkout! 
 
There are some items that, due to their size or shape, we are unable to gift wrap. These items will have a "Sorry, gift wrapping not available" message in their description.
 
While we make every effort to keep our gift wrap choices up-to-date on our site, occassionally we may run out of a specific paper. This simply means that if we are out of the "Blue Birthday" paper that you chose we may substitute a different Birthday wrap. We will always keep the genre of gift wrap selected in mind if we need to make a substitution.


Return Policy and Procedure

Returns are a natural part of the retail process. When necessary, KAC wants to make this procedure as easy to accomplish as possible by following these guidelines:
  • King Arthur's Court is happy to process a full refund for any kingarthurstoys.com purchase within 30 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be returned in new condition, unopened, in the original packaging.
  • Please contact us at info@kingarthurstoys.com for return authorization.
  • Return via UPS or an insured carrier to:
